President/CEO

My name is Taylor Matchton, and I proudly serve as the President and CEO of Tact Tech Security Solutions. My journey in leadership and service began in high school through active involvement in JROTC, where I dedicated countless hours to community service, leadership development, and discipline — values that continue to shape my career and leadership style today.
In 2018, I founded Tact Tech Security Solutions out of a passion for safety, service, and operational excellence. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of employing and mentoring over 500 security professionals, helping build a company recognized for its VIP-level security services and client-focused solutions across the state of Florida.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is training and mentoring new security officers. I believe in developing people to perform at their highest potential — not just for Tact Tech, but for their own personal and professional growth.
In addition to leading Tact Tech, I also own and operate a used car dealership, where I channel my passion for automobiles and competitive racing. Being hands-on in both businesses keeps me grounded and connected to the teams that drive our success. Outside of work, I’m an avid scuba diver and always on the lookout for the next great adventure beneath the surface.
At my core, I’m a leader who values service, integrity, and excellence. I look forward to continuing to build lasting partnerships and helping others thrive in both business and security.

Chief Financial Officer

My name is Zion Todd I am the Chief Financial Officer and Business Administration for Tact Tech Security Solutions. I am began my law enforcement career with the Florida Highway Patrol and served 8 years. I have received an education and multiple certifications in the discipline of Criminal Justice. I currently oversees the business, administrative, financial, and human resource processes within Tact Tech. Throughout my career, I have managed over 60 million dollars of contracts and service agreements. In my spare time I have developed a love for underwater exploration. I have been a Scuba Diving Instructor for 2 years now and I love teaching others how to dive on my free time.

Hiring Director

My name is Alexus Foster and I am the Hiring Director for Tact Tech Security Solutions. One of my main roles includes searching for well-rounded candidates to work for Tact Tech and expand both their knowledge and experience within our team. I love seeing the growth of the same individuals that I hired now being promoted to supervisory and managerial positions – in only a matter of months! As a mini plot twist, I am actually in medical school to become a doctor and have less than a year to go before that lifelong goal is achieved! In my very little spare time, I enjoy exploring new places (preferably out of the country!) and eating at new restaurants. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

My name is Goby Jean Louis and I currently serve as a site supervisor for Palm Beach county. I am responsible for overseeing security operations and security personnel across multiple sites, coordinating with property management teams, and implementing risk management strategies for our clients. My focus remains on delivering proactive security solutions that align with organizational goals while mitigating risks effectively. With a distinguished career in both military and civilian security sectors, I bring over 10 years of strategic leadership and operational expertise to my role as Site Supervisor My approach is defined by a commitment to excellence, leveraging military precision and adaptability to safeguard critical assets and personnel. As Regional Manager, my goal is to uphold the highest standards of security excellence, drawing on my background to navigate complex challenges with precision and integrity every time.

I am a seasoned medical training instructor with extensive experience as a firefighter paramedic. With years of hands-on service in emergency medical care, I bring a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise to medical training programs. Specializing in advanced life support and emergency response, I am dedicated to equipping healthcare professionals and first responders with the skills and confidence needed to excel in critical situations. My background in both firefighting and paramedicine underscores a commitment to high-quality, real-world medical education.

I’m excited to step into the role of Fleet Manager at Tact Tech Security Solutions. With a background in vehicle maintenance, logistics, and fleet operations, my goal is to keep our patrol vehicles running at peak performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. I’m committed to streamlining maintenance, improving response times, and making sure our team has the best equipment to get the job done.
