My name is Zion Todd I am the Chief Financial Officer and Business Administration for Tact Tech Security Solutions. I am began my law enforcement career with the Florida Highway Patrol and served 8 years. I have received an education and multiple certifications in the discipline of Criminal Justice. I currently oversees the business, administrative, financial, and human resource processes within Tact Tech. Throughout my career, I have managed over 60 million dollars of contracts and service agreements. In my spare time I have developed a love for underwater exploration. I have been a Scuba Diving Instructor for 2 years now and I love teaching others how to dive on my free time. 

My name is Alexus Foster and I currently serve as the Hiring Director at Tact Tech Security Solutions. In this role, I seek out well-rounded, motivated candidates who are eager to grow with our team and expand their skills. One of my favorite parts of the job is seeing individuals I hired advance into supervisory and managerial roles within just a few months! In an unexpected twist, I recently graduated from medical school and am now officially a doctor! My name is Kenneth “Maurice” Honeywood. I was born in Chicago, Illinois, and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1985. Over the course of my 26-year military career, I supported mission readiness and operations across multiple global assignments, including Camp Lejeune, Okinawa, Korea, and Hawaii, along with deployments throughout the Middle East and three combat deployments to Iraq and Kuwait. I retired in 2011 as a Chief Warrant Officer-4. Following my military service, I continued serving as a federal civilian and human resources professional within the Department of Defense, holding roles with commands such as U.S. Southern Command and Naval Sea Systems Command. In these positions, I led workforce initiatives and oversaw human resource operations across complex, multi-agency environments. I hold a bachelor’s degree in management from Golden Gate University and a master’s degree in human resource management (Summa Cum Laude) from Hawaii Pacific University. I am a proud father and grandfather, an avid Chicago sports fan, and I enjoy hiking, biking, coaching, and spending quality time with my family.

I’m Andres Guarnizo, Business Development Specialist and an original cofounder of Tact Tech Security Solutions. I helped launch the company alongside Taylor Matchton in 2018, building its early foundation before stepping away to pursue other interests. I’ve since returned to Tact Tech, where I now focus on business development and connecting clients with the right security solutions. As a U.S. Army combat veteran, I bring a strong background in risk management and operational planning, which aligns closely with the standards and culture at Tact Tech. My experience allows me to take complex security challenges and break them down into practical, effective solutions. In my role, I’m focused on building lasting relationships and driving growth, with a deep understanding of the company from the ground up. Outside of work, I train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and serve as an ambassador for the We Defy Foundation, supporting fellow combat veterans through fitness and training.

My name is Shaun Racinowski, and I am the Port St. Lucie Area Manager. I have a strong foundation in criminal justice and over three years of experience spanning public defense, law enforcement support, and private security. Having worked with the Public Defender’s Office and in PD operations, I bring firsthand knowledge of legal processes and client advocacy. Additionally, I earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice concurrently with my high school graduation, demonstrating early commitment and discipline in the field. I am passionate about public service, leadership, and ensuring safety and fairness in every professional setting. My favorite part of the job is building relationships, as well as teaching and guiding new employees. Outside of work, I am a proud girl dad and dedicate all of my free time to my daughter, MaKenzie.
